wonderful eye doctor, staff, and store! – My family and I have had several great experiences at Spex in Geneva. The staff is wonderful - the are very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. They were very helpful both in the process of getting a new contact prescription and trying a new type of lens, and with getting new glasses. They definitely have a great handle on what customer service is. Both the store and the exam rooms were clean and welcoming. Overall, this is an excellent location and worth seeking out!
