The product never came. Delivered to the wrong place. Contacted the company and they won’t do anything about it. I have contacted them multiple ways and done a charge back and I have yet to receive the product or a refund. Awful company.
Website says they are available until 7pm E.T. and they are only available until 5pm E.T. They sent me the wrong size shoe, and I cannot get ahold of anyone to set up a return. Their return link doesn’t work on their website. I paid for FedEx 2 day shipping and it got here in 10 days. I would like a full refund please without a $6.95 restocking fee.

I bought a pair of SeaCycled boat shoes and the entire insides started coming apart the second time I wore them. I continue to wear them because I can't return them (I'm always baffled with shoe return policies, "if you're not satisfied, return them unworn." How do you know until you wear them?!) and I hate throwing things away until they are worn out. But it won't take much longer for these to be completely worn out.
