Sperry used to be a good company before last year's acquisition by Aldo from Wolverine. There are not any longer. I have worn there product for over 60 years. I ordered two pairs on 1/19/25 and eleven days later have not received them. FedEx explained to me that they ship using the least expensive shipping option and therefore no committed service level agreement. This location had the greatest customer service I have ever experienced from an off the rack shoe store. The representative, a kind African-American woman, on Christmas Eve, was unbelievably helpful to my daughter. She scoured the store seeking my 14 year old daughter her size three (3). We went in for a pair and left with two but feeling good about it. She was a reminder of why stores need to hire and KEEP the best of the best when it comes to workers.
Terrible customer service at this location. The employee on duty was asked by a customer if they had something in the back and he responded “probably, I can’t check the back” in a very nasty unapologetic tone. She left almost immediately after confirming he said “can’t.” He then called up some restaurant to order his “usual” burger for lunch. Which he did very loudly. Love the shoes and Selection Available. The Customer Service was AWFUL. The man working. Was asked by another customer if he had a shoe available in a certain size and abruptly said "I can't check for you". He appeared to be the only one In the store so I'm sure it was because he couldn't leave the floor. But he was just on social media scrolling on his phone.
