The best “Customer Service” I’ve received since I don’t know when. Amy was phenomenal from my entry to my grand exit. This lady waited on me hands & feet. She helped me pick out a shoe, locate my size, got down on the floor and opened boxes, and proceeded to put my shoes on (WHAT!). I had to ask if she was getting commission. This is the best service I’ve had since I was a child. Normally, people don’t even speak, and you can’t find help at all. I’m from East Cleveland, but I’d travel south just to get service like this!
