Went in looked at sale wall found a shoe . Asked what the mark down was she first said they were more expensive then said they were full price . Why is a full price shoe on the sale wall that says it's on sale according to the sign?
My 79 yr old mother ordered a pair of boots from Sperry online. Size ordered was 9 1/2. Order arrived with 9 1/2 box but size 7 boots. Contacted Sperry to get the right size. They issued a return label but charged $1.10 (after taxes) for some sort of financial services charge. I fought to remove the charge but the rep was firm.
