I’ve been buying Sperrys for decades and the last pair I bought my husband only wore 3 times and the stitching between the top and sides came undone. The customer service rep I spoke to was rude and flippant, I honestly expected them to stand behind their product better than that
Haven't been to this store for quite awhile. When I did go my purchase experience was top notch. Am going back soon will see how they are doing.
Nice store but very over priced for the quality. When you want a quality shoe built to last and you want it to be comfortable. At sperry they tell you that you need to spend over $150 on a pair of shoes as the the units under that price are a massed produced memeryfoam glue together shoe and not a hand sewn shoe. America cheaping is showing thru in their products.
