So I had a personal account for about 10 years with them. Today, I tried opening a business account. The racist lady that I talked too. Kept insisting that I needed to provide a “Work permit” even though I had a US passport, a SSN, an a drivers license just because O looked different. I closed my account and went somewhere else where they open my account in less than 30 minutes.
