Hannah Xing location I love...Emily D. is so nice and really has awesome customer service. I notice she really listens to customers, even the struggles people are going through. She cares and always ask how we ( customers) are doing. She is half teller half Counselor (by her listening) lol...I look forward to seeing Emily D. every pay day. Thank you for hiring a genuine and sweet employee.
Wonderful staff, terrific new building. Low staffing due to being new but they are quick and extremely detailed about everything they do. Some of the nicest people you will meet. Definitely recommend.
I came here after issues at another branch. Staff has been changed and there’s no longer the exemplary staff that were here when I opened my account(s). It’s sad that you have to wait forever to get a call back about loan information or even get someone on the phone. I cannot wait to switch banks!
