I've been at Spero Belle Plaine almost a year now and love it! Great facility with room for whatever you need! I use the pub counter to sandwich my quilts and can chat with folks putting puzzles together at the same time. Very nice neighbors and whatever you need is here. The move here was a great decision and my kids are all close too. Come see us!

What a fun, safe and comfy place to live! I love this little community within a community. The underground parking and our attached beauty shop, Ridgeview Clinic and Physical Therapy facility make winter carefree. Our neighbors share many interests and our housing manager plans fun events throughout the month. We have several churches, a cute downtown area, and grocery, hardware, gift , thrift and dollar stores nearby. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, as are the public gathering areas. My husband and I found and fell in love with this apartment complex. We moved here earlier this spring from the cities. We are loving the quieter rural life. The manager at Spero is great! She keeps us informed as to what is going on around town and tries to add new and fun activities to the resident agenda. There is a salon on site as well as interior access to Ridgeview Rehab, Ridgeview Clinic/Urgent Care and First Choice Pharmacy.
