Very professional and experienced staff you can trust with if you are struggling with credits & collections. Very honest too
Everybody was great to deal with. But, the account was still being negotiated for payment amounts. Nobody advised me that an amount was accepted and attempted to be withdrawn from my account. It would have been nice to have been made aware so I can make sure the funds are there and not incur NSF charges.which I have to pay. Not spergel even though Noone advised me of the situation.
