I have been with spergel since 2020 when I filed a proposal with Samantha Galea. They not only educated me on my proposal but helped made my life easier. Andrew Portelli who is a Estate Administrator is rude. Never communicate well. Seems like he looks down on you. when i wasnt able to pay my monthly payment, he is like annoyed with me. He is not helpful at all. He thinks and assumed that i know all the procedure and policies by heart. OMG! He is the downside of Spergel. With Samantha Galea, she is a professional and very nice person. She will help you as much as she can. I love her.
My experience with Spergel and with Samantha Galea specifically was very calming. Samantha took her time when explaining all different aspects of my case and was also interested in my particular story of life. It has so far been a calming experience giving me a sense of relief I have not had for years. I know Samantha will guide me through this. Thank you Samantha
