I am extremely disappointed about what has happened since I decided not to accept a Consumer Proposal that I had applied for through Spergel. The Proposal came back way higher than I originally applied for. It took approximately 5 weeks from the date of application to the date of finding out how much the Proposal would be. I ended up having to pay a fee for the filing of the proposal. Meanwhile from what I can figure out, all my creditors went into Collections before I knew of the amount.
