I have not been impressed with their services at all! I was pushed to make a decision sooner than later, as far as going for a consumer proposal, or not. When I finally decided, I wanted to do it, I was asked to rush in sending all of my bank accounts paper work, statements, etc, showing all of my owing debts, and required documents, in order to get the application going. Had a wonderful experience setting up my consumer proposal. Colin and Mina are wonderful to work with and helpful. Thank you again for helping me get my life back and track.
I filled out the info on their site and immediately got a text asking if I could talk. I said no as I was waiting on a call from my Doc but they called 2 times any way. When I told them not to contact me again I blocked their number and unsubscribed but they messaged me from another number! That is harassment! Any lawyers interested? Ill pay my debts with my settlement instead.
So understanding and compassionate. Knowledgeable, efficient and timely. All 3 of the people I worked with were professional and did exactly what they said they would. Mina made me feel at ease from the get go.
