They are not great. I asked for help from someone that I knew from a while ago. He was away, but I had also asked if somebody in his group could help me and I got no response.plus I wrote an email to them myself asking for help and I never got a response from anyone outside of the one that I knew saying he was away. I don’t think they’re very helpful at all
