We used SHSS to close on a condo in Queens. Primarily we worked with Lenny Sperber. It was a pleasure for a number of reasons - Lenny was on his P's and Q's legally with a wealth of experience to draw upon, as were his partners as necessary - The firm and Lenny were responsive and highly available to everyone in the process, as well as diligent. They are not great. I asked for help from someone that I knew from a while ago. He was away, but I had also asked if somebody in his group could help me and I got no response.plus I wrote an email to them myself asking for help and I never got a response from anyone outside of the one that I knew saying he was away. I don’t think they’re very helpful at all
