I have only gone here for a few years but everytime my experience has been pretty good. I'd honestly rather pay her to do my taxes than try and do them for free as it seems that the "free" ones such as turbo make their money off not getting you your true full refund.
My dad grandma and aunt been going here for years. Well this year she disappeared. Won’t return my dads calls. Has all his tax papers. Nobody is ever in the office.
