The sardonic sales representatives are guaranteed to give you the highest pricing, worst yet make you feel that delaying delivery is expected, ie be grateful Spencer's is on your side and will get your order ASAP. When I was told that it would be at least 3 months to receive I contacted the manufacture of the appliances and was told 10 days. vs the 3 months.
