This is joke I tried to contact them for availability of a product in the pickering ontario canada store only to find out that the call center is in new jersey absolutely unacceptable never shop at Spencer's again ..... I am canadian ...... #spencersfail
Arcadia is a disrespect to this company.
Can usually find good prices on t-shirts. The staff are friendly and professional. Deirdra gave a great experience. We shared some good laughs. Which is always good. The world is moved away from customer experience. She is a great example of good retail values.
Bought a holiday sweater at Pickering town centre location, needed to return it less than 24hrs later, and was informed they don't take returns for holiday items . Poor service as I was never informed of this detail and got screwed over. Used to love shopping at Spencer's but this experience has definitely made me not want to go back ever. Learn to give all details when people purchase something
