We've been using Spencer Wilson for tax preparation for several years and were always impressed by their quick turnaround and prompt communication. Unfortunately, this year's experience was a stark contrast. Despite submitting my documents well in advance and receiving confirmation of receipt, I heard nothing back. A friend recommend this tax place. Worst experience ever, I had a phone appt. With Spencer, which he never called me. Then I was referred to his assistant, who prepared my taxes. The assistant was not experienced and was not organized, the assistant misplaced my tax paperwork and had to resubmit it. Left several msg to Spencer and never returned my email or call, very unprofessional. Never go back again.
