horrible customer service, no one returns calls, nothing but excuses and they change procedures every time you turn around. Can not wait to make the final payment on my loan and get the hell out. Be very careful with this bank, they tell you one thing, do another and rarely follow up on their end. You wait days for any kind of communication and no one can give you a straight answer. It's 716p on Friday night...your customer service hours according to your web site and answering service are till 8p...why is your voice service saying your CLOSED!?!? Really?
