Excellent customer service by Annie who really understood our concern to open a new account today where other banks representatives are unable to find out the alternative documents to open a new account. Once in a while I used to walk in this branch but my previous experience with the bank especially with Annie was amazing and she is very polite and always helpful nature. Thank you very much Annie.
