Excellent customer service by Annie who really understood our concern to open a new account today where other banks representatives are unable to find out the alternative documents to open a new account. I have been going to this bank for over sometime now and I like going there, It's a small business, Location is very convenient with parking, Never a long line.
Use this branch for our business banking as well as my personal banking. The customer service has been nothing but superior. Was at Wells Fargo for over 12 years and they cannot hold a candle to the customer service I have been receiving at Spencer Savings. Besides being very good at their jobs, they also are so pleasant.
