Spencer Mahlstedt, one of a kind loan officer. He would get back to you in a timely manner if not right of way , Resolved any questions or concerns with paperwork and or documents I had. Shopped the Best deal on terms/ loan rates for me the customer. Very personable professional and knowledgeable up front kind of guy. After dealing with Spencer I wouldn’t ever consider working with any other loan company ever again
Spencer was amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional but I was most impressed with how responsive he was. Any time we had questions or needed something to move forward with purchasing our home he made sure we had everything right away. Since we purchased our home he has stayed in contact and has been proactive in helping us refinance our mortgage. Will absolutely be working with him in the future!
