Terrible experience with Spencer Lockwood. Their communication is embarrassing; we went through 4 different case handlers during our house buying process as they all kept leaving the firm, and clearly hadn’t handed over the details at all. Plus, the amount of chasing we had to do was incredible and then the lack of clarity and information sharing when asking questions was simply shocking and professionalism was non-existent. Avoid this firm at all costs.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I'm waiting 2 years to simply remove someone from my deeds. Zero communication. My advice is to avoid at all costs.
worst solictiors I could have ever chosen, no commincation, massive delays, giving apprentices that dont have a clue what they are doing your case, rudeness also when you try and voice your concerns, avoid these people, specifically Ria Lakhani, Ria was impossible to get hold of, extremely unhelpful and pretty rude.
I am extremely dissatisfied about this firm as existing client, I did a transaction with Spencer Lockwood Solicitors in early 2024, now over 1.5 years after completion I am still waiting for hear back from them about land registry, people dealt with my case has left the firm and I am struggling to find anyone to follow up.
