Still waiting on the management account pack from this guys, and a response, looking at all the other reviews I'm guessing i'm they are operating a one email a day system, really disappointing business's like this can operate.
Avoid at all cost, unless you want your sale / purchase to completely crumble.

I also had a very disappointing experience with Spencer Lockwood earlier this year. The entire process was marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism. If I could give SL solicitors less than one stars - I would. By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Non-responsive, no work was done for over 9 months on my sale. Responses sent by them were plain wrong and incomplete. Complaints get you nowhere. They straight up overbook their workers and string people around. IF YOU WANT ACTUAL SOLICITORS STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS.
