Very unpleasant, expensive, and unfortunate experience. We did not accept their bid for our kitchen and bath new construction, so they kept $500 of our money. No work had been started and materials had not been ordered - we declined the next day. Do not recommend.

I'm working on a remodel that had installed Spencer cabinets probably 15 years ago. The clients wanted to try and save the existing kitchen cabinets because they were still in great shape. We had to remove all the kitchen cabinets for the remodel. Will Spencer was able to track down the original drawings to help us when it comes time to re-install.
