Eric Spencer is the absolute worst lawyer I’ve ever had. Was never prepared for court and lacked documents that were detrimental to the case. I repeatedly requested access to my case file while Spencer was still my court-appointed attorney. Although he acknowledged my request, I did not receive the file until after the appeal hearing, when the judge relieved him as my attorney. He barely communicated with me. Eric Spencer is the absolute worst lawyer I’ve ever had. Was never prepared for court and lacked documents that were detrimental to the case. Withheld my case file and barely communicated with me. He decided to quit and text me with his intention to quit the morning of my hearing leaving me unprepared and without counsel.

Wish i could Give 0 stars TERRIBLE LAWYER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. He canceled my court case twice on the day of and did not inform the court so I had to go an represent myself for 2 trials. No communication until the day prior. TERRIBLE PRACTICE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER SHOWED..

I have had the worst experience with this firm!! Took my payment didn't even show up to my first court appearance! I called and his secretary apologized and said they will send a letter to have case re-opened! Re-scheduled my case 2 times after that sent me an email I needed to send them my driving abstract. I sent them the information and asked them to confirm ... again NO CALL NO EMAIL NOTHING... I then follow up with office again the secretary had to go searching for the email to confirm she has it.
