Wish i could Give 0 stars TERRIBLE LAWYER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. He canceled my court case twice on the day of and did not inform the court so I had to go an represent myself for 2 trials. No communication until the day prior. TERRIBLE PRACTICE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER SHOWED..
I have had the worst experience with this firm!! Took my payment didn't even show up to my first court appearance! I called and his secretary apologized and said they will send a letter to have case re-opened! Re-scheduled my case 2 times after that sent me an email I needed to send them my driving abstract. I sent them the information and asked them to confirm ... again NO CALL NO EMAIL NOTHING... I then follow up with office again the secretary had to go searching for the email to confirm she has it. Mr. Spencer helped me in court to get an almost speeding reckless ticket reduced to a lesser charge. He was also informative and let me know everything in a professional way, I would recommend Mr Spencer for any counseling advice and requirements for a ticket that needs handling, again I would recommend this lawfirm!
I had a really bad experience with Spencer Law PLLC. I hired him to help with a reckless speeding ticket, and honestly, it was a waste of money. The lawyer showed up late to court and didn’t have any of the documents I had emailed ahead of time. When I asked why, he first said it was because “we’re moving,” and later said they “never received” anything.
