So grateful to have Spencer at Circle Studios! By far the most knowledgeable and skilled RMT I have met, but she provides more than just a massage - her athletic therapy background is very apparent. She works her magic on whatever issues I am having, explains things in creative and easy to remember ways, and provides me with suggestions and modifications to improve my pain outside of the treatment room.

Spencer is awesome. She is authentic, and clear. She has strong hands and brings her knowledge of athletic therapy to the work. Highly recommend!

Best RMT treatment I’ve ever had! My original plan was to get a deep tissue massage in the hopes of relieving a tight neck, shoulders and upper back. Once I became aware of Spencer’s abilities, knowledge and confidence, I mentioned my sprained/bruised right ankle, and extremely sore left wrist. The plan quickly changed, she proposed calling an audible and we pivoted to fix the body articles that actually needed fixing. Spencer is amazing!!! I carry a dog on my back all the time. So from time to time I tend to get sciatica which sucks alot. I started coming to her and haven't had and episode in months!!!!!!!

I went to Spencer to deal with neck and back pain, and got exactly what I needed. She went right at the problem spots and left me feeling looser and way more comfortable. If I ever have the same issue, I'll return without a second thought.
