This is the third house I've bought and I've refinanced a couple times. So in all this was my sixth time going through the home loan process and this was beyond the BEST experience I've ever had!!!! I never wondered where I was in the process, and I never had to wait more then 15 minutes for an email or phone call to any questions I may have had!!
