The manager or whoever seems so rude to everyone including the customers and was very rude to me the other day when I came in to simply ask a question that I was just curious about for potentially getting a shirt. I feel bad for the associates that work with this manager
Customer service is mid. Asked about a certain type of shirt they said they didn’t have it. It was literally in front of them. At least act like you’re checking. Even with a lot of associates, they’re just standing around.
every single associate working today (Sunday Nov 9th @ 3:30pm) was GARBAGE. Came in for a couple piercings and Alex followed us around the store and interrupted our conversation every 2 seconds. The staff was all being confrontational with each other creating a hostile vibe, and they treated us like thieving children for zero reason. TERRIBLE STAFF LINE UP !! do better.
