The old lady, I assume the manager, was absolutely horrible to deal with. I feel awful for the other staff that have to deal with her all shift long. I asked if they sold just piercing balls, because there is a huge variety of piercings and I’d rather ask someone who would know than have to go through every single piercing rack, and the kind employee wasn’t sure so they asked the manager, and the manager literally just *shouted* and snapped "No. Go to hot topic or BJP." with the most awful tone I’ve ever heard. Mangager was very rude to their staff while they were trining made me so uncomfortable I had to leave.
I went in there today and the manager was extremely rude to the staff and the customers. This was not an pleasant experience!
Such a wide variety of movie Merchandise along with so much more! Wonderful and friendly staff
