Told us over the phone that he could do a service. He had us call his assistant, ask about pricing, and they told us to drop off the paperwork on Thursday. Only for him to tell me the following Monday that he “didn’t do that service”. If you don't offer the service simply tell me when I consult over the phone, not make me waste my time and money! Unprofessional and do not recommend
