I came by yesterday to see if they had any suitable material I could use to replace some metal mesh in a mantis enclosure and Kelly and Christie were more than willing to help me, and free of charge too! This is the best Arts and Crafts Community space in Renton!
I moved into Spencer court for a short period of time. My experience was horrible from the beginning. To start Tamantha the Building Manager charged me a $2,300 deposit to move in. I thought that was a shocking amount considering I have never paid more than $300 and have always kept good credit. I paid it not realizing that it is illegal in this state to charge that much. I have lived in Spencer Court (now Divine Court) since February. My time here has been for the most part positive, other than some issues with corporate office employees trying to schedule maintenance without notice. They tried to replace my windows to my apartment (where I have pets) with notice of less than an hour before workers would arrive while I was at work during normal working hours.
