I was told Saturdays aren’t a good day to open an account for my son because they are short staffed. I work evenings and my son has school on the weekdays. Not so great for getting new accounts or for customer service.
Ive never had an issue with this bank until this week i ended up making a mistake and my account ended up in the negatives nothing crazy something i can easily pay back when I get paid Jenny hardy called me to inform me it was in the negatives then continued to treat me like a child being extremely rude on the phone when I told her what happened. I love this bank but that was uncalled for and straight up rude.
Best bank I have ever used. There is always someone available to help you and customer service is so nice. Loan department works hard to help you with your needs. They are such a refreshing change from big bank gouging and poor customer service.
