The santa clause branch is extremely rude, the internet goes out and you can't access your funds at their atms in Rockport and Grandview. After the way my wife and I were treated today, we're opening an account with a credit union.
Just cashed in some built up change I had, the girl who waited on me (Begle), was very rude and made it very clear she didn't want to do it. Then acted like it was a huge hassle and pouted until the other lady came over to help. The other lady was very nice tho. Working in customer service, Ms Begle needs a lesson in that!!!
My wife has a account here and we went to the bank today and the teller I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure what her name is, but she has brown hair, blue eyes, and a nose piercing. I’m pretty sure she’s pregnant so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, but I will not he returning to this specific location. Find friendlier staff.
