Execellent customer service I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. They willing refered me to other businesses to help me in my search, even though it meant possibly losing my service. The staff was fabulous! They helped me pick a custom couch and came to my house to help me accessorize and move my existing furniture around. They were willing to suggest other places to go even if it meant losing my business. I was surprised to find that their pricing has been lowered significantly from the past couple of years. You cant beat finding that much style and good prices in the Tri-cities area.
