My nonprofit organization paid Mr. Spencer a $5000 retainer to represent us in a civil matter, despite reading bad reviews on him. He was strongly referred by another trusted attorney. He was late filing an answer to a lawsuit on our behalf and though he was knowledgeable on the front end of our case, he eventually disappeared, stop returning text messages, phone calls, and emails. Nikolas Spencer was paid a $10,000 retainer. He collected the money and did not file my lawsuit within the statute of limitations. Do not use this law firm unless you want to be robbed. Please report all thefts of service committed by N. Spencer to the State Bar of Texas and law enforcement. Theft of services is a crime. A one rating is too high. I only selected a one because my post will not be added without a rating. My personal rating is a 0.

In 2020, Nickolas Spencer, was the firm that handled the sale of my home without any issues. In, 2024, family decided to hire him to handle the estates of 2 family members. He was extremely helpful in providing advice on the probates and called us after hours and on the weekends to discuss our cases. After we paid the retainers, he gradually stopped communicating. We recently discovered he has been disbarred (as of 9/30/24) and no longer allowed to practice in the state of Texas. We are grateful we can now hire another attor... read more

I was referred to Spencer & Associates back in September 2023..paid him $1500 to do a Demanding Letter, that's far as it got...he never sent the letter to my employee. I tried to reach out to him and got ignored everyday after...Reading all theses 1 🌟's is so sad and he needs to be jailed for false representation as a lawyer. 😡 ALERT!!! ALERT!!! DO NOT USE THIS MONSTER...HE IS A THIEF...I say we all need to gather up and file a law suit on his ragedy business.
