Spence & Lyda was once a wonderful store and the standard of service was excellent before it was taken over by Winnings. I have had an unresolved issue with the store going back more than 12 months regarding the replacement of a faulty light. The standard of service is nothing short of appalling and the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. Ordered and paid for three pendant lights in early September and told 12 to 14 weeks for delivery. Now that 10 weeks have passed they say the order was never processed and it will now take 14-16 weeks. Hopeless. Avoid this store.
This is now my go to place when shopping for high quality accessories with brands like Missoni Home and Inku....and you may be lucky enough to get looked after by the knowledgeable Belinda...a genuinely refreshing design sales person who wants to help. I'll be back.
This store has wonderful products but absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a bench on June 14. My salesperson, Ana, emailed me on October 25 to inform me it was ready. I confirmed payment and delivery on November 4, but afterwards have had to call multiple times to get any status updates. Today, I spoke to Pino who told me that I would have to call back on Monday to get an update.
