My eldest son has been working with Melanie at the Spellers Center in Tampa for about four years, and our experience has been excellent. She initially worked with him as an occupational therapist, helping us navigate motor planning and purposeful movement. He has always enjoyed working with her because she presumes competence, treats him in an age-appropriate way and empowers him to be his best self. First time went to Spellers Center in Tampa and I am very happy and thrilled to write this review. 100% happy about intensive sessions with Dana . When I was coming back to home , i know the goals and I know clearly how to work with my kids . Dana is not just instructing , but she is giving me reason for each instruction and also she is relating each instruction with long term Goal. My confidence and my kids confidence increased so much after we met Dana . We are all looking forward to meet her again for another session .
Don’t miss an opportunity to help your child reach their full potential! We just finished a 3 day Intensive with Dana Johnson. Her knowledge, patience, and belief in the ability of each individual to find their voice was truly life changing. She helped us further understand Apraxia and how it was affecting our son. We left with a strong foundation of skills and additional resources to continue our Spelling journey. I highly recommend the Spellers Center-Tampa and their amazing team!
