Never get a repair here. Brought my phone in to replace a cracked screen. The replaced the screen, but the proximity sensor no longer worked. (This is the sensor that knows that the phone is at your ear, and disables the keypad. Without this working, my cheek continually mutes or dials numbers during a call). The phone was functioning fine before the screen repair. Wasted 2 months going back and forward as they tried a part that didn't fix it, then tried to order another part but finally told me that the part was unavailable... read more
