The are frauds an screwed my bf now where fighting the irs for fraudulent info because of them they are under federal investigations with many other stores owned by them
I have a great experience every time. They do a great job on tax preparation, they are professional and very nice. This will be my second year with them. I'm a satisfied customer.
If I could give zero stars I would. At first my experience with them was simple & professional. Fast forward 2 years & I have an unresolved tax issue that I've been reaching out about. No one has been able to help. I've spoken to Freddie several times with no follow up. I went to the Detroit office twice all the way from Westland & no one was there. I initially filed @ the Flint office where I NEVER received my tax return or my taxes. I don't want to drive out there & get the same result. This is a major issue & I can't file... read more
