I am not a triathlete and Speedy Reedy is still my favorite bike shop! The staff/owners are always friendly, positive, and helpful. Their passion for what they are doing shows.
Brooke, Reid, Gregory, and everyone at the shop are great. I've been going to them for tons of stuff: nutrition, a bike, gear, mechanical work to my bike, and even a fit on that bike. They really make every effort to make it a great experience. They're not close to where I work or live but I make the extra trek as much for they're knowledge as well as who they are as people.
More than a multisport shop but a family. I purchased my Cervelo there three years ago after a number of bad bike shop experiences in Redmond and have never been more pleased until this last weekend. At this last weekends Ironman Canada I choose to wear a Speedy Reedy tri kit for no other reason then I wanted to support "my" tri shop. Numerous times on the bike portion of the Ironman people would shout, "Go Speedy Reedy" or "Come on Seattle". It was great. Best triathlon shop in Seattle and surrounding areas! These guys know their stuff and are willing to help everyone. They spent time fixing my tire that was completely out of whack so that I can race this weekend. They then talked me through various options for fixing it in the future (long story). This is also where I got my wetsuit at the beginning of the season and that experience was excellent as well.
