One of the employees that work there need an attitude adjustment. Just because you make a suggestion to the person (which happened to be from me to my girl friend) does not give the employee the right to snap at me like I was trying to control any aspect of the deal. The ladies name who snapped at me is Jennifer. She is rude, and does not belong working in customer service at all. The other lady who works there (Donna) is very respectful and professional. I would suggest working with her if you want a loan.
