RUN !!! DO NOTTT USE this company !!!! Been doing business with this Lien company for several years. I had a lien that was expiring and ask for a payment plan due to a family death. They said no payment plans , and suggested to use a credit card. My business partner provided the credit card information , they charged his card, after charging the credit card for $2575, they then called and ask me for a written authorization from him via email which was also done. Excellent group. Always A+ service and performance.
Really bad customer service and consistent with so many negative comments rude and unprofessional behavior. They took a fee to file a lien and with a mix up it never got returned and filed. In an effort to get it updated, executed and filed, a principal in the Company was extremely rude and condescending and refused to file the lien that was paid for.
