It took almost a year had to reselect furniture because ours was unknown as far as time. Went with what owners suggested it broke in 3 months, due to an apparent manufacture issue been fighting with them for 9 months to get it fixed. Lack of communication is a constant. I am so beyond frustrated with this company. I purchased a couch and a love seat in the end of March 2022. It is now the end of September 2022 and they can’t give me any idea of when my items I PAID FOR are coming. They know how to scam because they have you sign the paperwork indicating you acknowledge no refunds and they’re not responsible for delays due to manufacturing. Just bad business....long delays and poor customer interaction. Go somewhere else. Still waiting from March 2, 2022 for my furniture.

Bought and paid for a couch beginning of Dec 2021. It's now almost the end of July 2022 and we have no couch. 8 months.
