Not sure what Speedx location where my package items originated from; but this alleged transport is Horrible. I ordered a package of two items through temu and tracked my package. Saturday morning I saw on the Temu website that my package was delivered in a public non secured area of my high rise apartment complex at 10:29pm that Friday August 1st; I went to the open public mailbox area and the package was stolen. On July 4th around 2:45 AM, I saw a Speedx Transport truck on Highway 401 in Toronto, Allen Road driving aggressively speeding above the limit and flashing cars to move out of the way. As a logistics company, safety should be a top priority. This kind of reckless behavior could easily lead to an accident and doesn’t reflect well on their business
From the very first shipment, their communication was clear, professional, and proactive. Every delivery has been on time or earlier than expected, and their drivers are always courteous and well-prepared. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail. They handle our freight with care, and we’ve never had an issue with damaged goods or missed pickups. Their dispatch team is responsive and genuinely helpful, even during peak times.
