So I went here tonight for gas and snacks and the cashier appeared to be taking inventory told me I’ll be right with you than proceeded to do inventory for about 5 more minutes while I just stood at the counter waiting on him until about 7 minutes go by and I walked out and went to another gas station completely unprofessional the customer should always come first
Pumps not working, filled up the gallons then refused to drip anymore. Payment system was slow and confused also. Had to go across the street to try again, hope they get things fixed.
First off, I waited at the counter while the cashier was outside, when she came back in she stood there doing paperwork, didn’t even acknowledge me and finally proceeded to ring me up. She did not say one word from start to finish. Did not even tell me my total, she just stood there. I don’t know why people like this want to work in customer service if they do not like their jobs and have shitty attitudes with customers.
