This company is impossible to talk to once there is an issue. There is no direct number, only an answering service. They don't reply to emails. Some brand new beams were rusty. They eventually promised replacements. I haven't heard from them since and can't talk to anyone. Some used beams were so rusty they were unusable. I paid to have them upgraded to new beams. I paid for them and haven't heard from them since.

Day 1: "It's coming in 5-10 days, make sure you're there" Day 5: "No we cant say what day it's coming or what time, but make sure you're there" Day 10: "Yes 5-10 days" Day 15: "Oh, sorry - it's coming in 5-10 days" Day 20: "The truth is we don't have it" If you want a month of mystery and intrigue, these are your guys. If you want racking, they're worthless. Clowns.

this company is deplorable, the owner is the rudest person I have ever delta with and even though they know what the provided is rubbish they are 100% unwilling to abide by Australian law, they provided racking that was bent, wet, dirty, rusted & looked like it was submerged underwater for a week. We will be taking this company to court I urge you not to use there service.
