Booked a ride from KOA with Speedishuttle for my honeymoon trip. Worst part of the entire trip. After a 17 hour travel day, we waited another hour for our shuttle only for it to never arrive and instead used Uber. The customer service number didn’t work so we had no way of contacting a representative so see if our driver knew we were waiting or if he was off drunk at some bar. PLEASE NEVER book with Speedishuttle unless you want to ruin the beginning of your trip!!

We recently used Speedi Shuttle Services in Hawaii and had a mixed experience. Upon our arrival at the airport, we were greeted by a lady who was on the phone as she led us and another family to the pickup area. She then informed us to wait for Paul and left abruptly, which left us confused since we had booked a private service for our group. I used this shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Smooth ride and no complaint at all. I received one confirmation call the day before, and the driver called me 20 min before he arrived. It was mentioned on both calls that I need to get picked up at lower lobby. Our driver is on time, super polite, carried all our luggages into and outside the van. The van looks spotless.
