Driver was going 55mph on a 65mph two lane highway. Whenever someone would try to pass the driver, he would speed up to 65-70mph, making a severely dangerous situation. Your driver is an ego driver and should not be on the road. I have a picture of the trailer plate and will be calling it in.

Speeding and tailgating witnessed on hwy 1 eastbound just past willingdon. In the fast lane honking st the car in front of him where it had no space to go to the right.
