I seldom have first experiences with company's as good as mine was today with Speedee Oil Change, Tires & Auto Care on Eagle Dr., Woodstock. I first phoned into the shop and spoke with Jeremy who explained to me the "system"...I really needed an oil change as I was leaving out of town for a couple of weeks. The Kia dealership and several of my previous haunts were all unavailable. Jeremy said bring it in in a couple of hours and we will get you fixed up quickly...they did. My parents told me to bring my car to this location for my car repair and they were right to do so. Stephen was always very pleasant helpful when I spoke with him. And even though it took me longer than expected to pay for the repairs they were very patient and understanding as well as offered me options for early payments. Highly recommend this repair shop.
First time (UPDATE: now third time!) getting service here (tires, brakes, minor engine). Eachdtime, did the job well and quickly, and had opportunity to "upsell" but didn't. Rather, they "inform" about any options. Very good communication. Possibly not trying to undercut others' prices, but that's fine with me when the value is there.
I have exclusively brought my car to this auto repair shop for all my repair needs due to the staff's courteous, efficient, and straightforward service. I have consistently been satisfied with their service and intend to remain loyal.
