If this company really cared about employee safety, they would not be having workers deliver during this dangerous air-quality period. (July 2026 due to the fires in Canada.) Many services have been canceled or postponed in the area due to dangerous air quality, such as construction and trash pick up. So why let employees work in these dangerous conditions? Employees are so very mindful.
Was appalled that the delivery driver who brought me my package was delivering in 100 degree weather WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING in his truck. This is INHUMANE and DISGUSTING. Horrible working conditions. OSHA should hear about this! Spee-dee needs to consider the safety and comfort of their employees! Heat related illness, stroke and injury is no joke! I will not be doing business with them unless this is fixed!
I see this delivery driver quite often in my neighborhood and they are always driving so recklessly. They can’t even stop at a stop sign.
Showed on the tracker that it was delivered but no package to be found. When I asked customer service if it was delivered they claimed they tried to deliver it 3 times and returned it back to the vendor. Someone was home and they never came up to the building. Even offered to pick it up but told me they have no more information and I have to contact who I ordered from.
