If I could give zero stars, I would… I will also never order anything else from Menards to be delivered to my home. Speedee claims to have “delivered” my Menards order to my address but I didn’t get it. I’ve been going back and forth with Menards for almost a week. Picked up my package from my home in a timely manner, and it arrived in Minneapolis the next day. More expensive than usps, but since I could not take it to post office, it worked well. Also, it was more expensive but delivery was overnight for my package.
Rude as hell.
As a business owner I expect friendly customer service when you pick a package from this warehouse. Speedee is going downhill. To who ever attended us tonight (obviously no name tag) work on your poor behavior. Not our fault you hate your job.
Fast delivery but it Cleary said please deliver to the back door on the top of the package. I was minutes away from losing my package to a porch pirate. They left it right on the front steps where you can see it from a block away. Why did they disregard the shipping instructions. I don't have money to waste. I wonder if they would be so careless with their loved ones packages?
