HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVERS WHO STEAL PACKAGES AND SAY NOONE WAS HOME I GOT AN EMAIL FROM SHEIN AT 3 IN THE MORNING POSSIBLE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER PARCEL UNSUCCESSFUL DUE TO NOONE BEING HOME ITS 3 IN THE GOT DAMN MORNING. THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER AND BUILDING ACCESS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
I can see why this company has such a low score. They are I think a lazy company. I get packages all the time and my address never have a problem. If Amazon can deliver there if UPS can deliver at my address and if FedEx can deliver my address, I don’t know why this company is so lazy and give false information. On a Friday at one something in the afternoon they stated they couldn’t deliver because it was an invalid address. Straight liars. Meanwhile, the facility was open from 9 to 5 that day. 3 weeks and still no package can't call because they run everything through ai if you want your package go to them and pick it up they won't deliver it to you
The worst courior im reporting them because they delivery workers dont deliver to apartment they leave packages in hallway just to be stolen. I hope they go out of business!!
