We received packages that were not ours. The plan was to take them to the post office the following day. But instead we had a DRIVER show up at my doorstep knocking at 1am! When I called the facility not only was the guy I talked to rude and just plain nasty and mean he also hung up on me! Very unprofessional! Would definitely NOT recommend this company! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Dropped large items in my driveway that are not mine and refuse to come pick them up and act as if it's my responsibility to contact whoever stuff this is or it's vendor. Thanks a lot. Will never use this service

Route out of Sioux City today, delivery made in northeast NE, April 29,2024: was told driver put it in my box on the highway. The box was too long for the tote. A couple in the next town found it in the ditch about 4 miles from our place and had their son call us. The wind gets strong out here, but not that strong. Possibly someone could have taken it, opened it up to see that it was trees and threw it out, but we knew its whereabouts within an hour of the delivery email. I hope someone in their safety department sees this review. I was driving on I-80 going east in Iowa this morning (May 10, 2024) around 5am about mile marker 265. There was a construction zone with a posted speed limit of 55. I was doing about 60 according to my speedometer. Driver of unit 1904 sped past me, easily going 70+. Reckless and excessive speeding in a construction zone; driver should be cited, fined, written up, or fired. I guess the name of the company lives up to how they conduct themselves on the road.
