i have a 1400$ package just sittin around and going further away. package showed it was at the closest facility 20 minutes away from me for 2 full days until friday night they sent it 90 miles away and of course they dont work weekends so i have to wait tell monday to see what the next shitty move is going to be.

For a company named " spee-dee" they are sure slow. The speed limit is 70 on 94 and they are always holding up traffic by going 60mph max. Slowest vehicles/ drivers out there.

We use SpeeDee Delivery to ship from our company. We recently had an issue with a fraudulent online order that had been shipped the prior day. When tracking the order I could see it hadn't been delivered. I contacted customer service and got in touch with Sue in St. Cloud. She was a total rockstar and was able to help with intercepting the package and returning it to us. Talking with her was easy and she knew exactly what to do to help. Ordered beef from Wisconsin butcher. Unfortunately 40lbs of beef spoiled. Would not simply drop off item at my apartment. Was told with apartment deliveries there is too much risk of items being stolen. Need to change policy on apartment deliveries or notify companies they don't ship perishable items to apartments. This was a costly finacial loss.
