Just wondering why my package has been in your possession and sitting in St. Cloud for a week? Should I drive over there and retrieve it myself?
Very poor experience. I shipped 4 packages with Spee-Dee two days ago. Two of them made it through without issue, but the other two never arrived. I know they were picked up, but when I entered the tracking numbers on their website, I got error codes. I called in and first spoke with John, who told me he would call back with an update—he never did. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. They changed the delivery address of a package shipped to me and didn’t think to notify anyone. I have the original receipt from them showing the correct address. Now I’ve been stuck on hold with customer service for over an hour. Would not recommend using this company if you value getting things you ordered or dealing with competent people.
