Very helpful staff
Shipped a medium-sized hazmat package with Spee-Dee over the holiday weekend. The receptionist in the office was kind and helped us quickly register the package. The package arrived the morning of the next business day. I was apprehensive about this company based on the reviews, but they really did provide a great service at a reasonable cost. Thank you for the SpeeDee delivery service!
Terrible service. Was on hold for an hour yesterday because the items were suppose to arrive on Monday! It is now Wednesday and they said they don't have an exact ETA and cannot "Promise" it will be delivered today. We are going to lose a big client because of them.
